Summer Fun at Belmont...

Swimming is a focus during the summer months and Belmont has an excellent swimming area.  As a sport and for pure relaxation, swimming at The Belmont Country Club is hard to beat!  Our pool is staffed with friendly, certified lifeguards and offers lessons, swim classes, synchronized swimming as well as our own swim team, in addition to the annual Belmont Swim championships.  Check out our pool today! 


Situated 100 yards from the Belmont Clubhouse, the pool area boasts 2 outdoor pools.  A 25-meter, six-lane heated pool with stainless steel sides has a diving board and starts with 1 1/2 feet in depth leading to 12 feet.  The wading pool reaches a 24-inch depth at the center fountain.  This pool, which is fenced separately, is for small children with adult supervision.

The pool area has a tinted concrete deck that is easy on the eyes in the bright summer sun.  There are men's and ladies' locker rooms, and a snack bar with its own menu, which makes the pool a perfect place for your family to spend their warm summer days.  And, since your family's safety is a top concern, the pool is staffed with a pool manager as well as certified life guards.

Members are welcome to bring guests to the pool for a nominal fee.  There is no charge for grandchildren to use the pool.

Throughout the summer, the pool staff coordinates a variety of swimming activities.  Swim lessons, a pre-school swim camp, water fitness programs are just a few of the activities available to take part in at the pool.  The facility also hosts the Stingray Swim Team, a member of the Maumee Valley Swim League.
