| GOLF COURSE RESTORATION PHASE I | Members,
We are excited to announce the start of Phase 1 of our golf course restoration project! In the next few days, you will notice restoration activity on #12 tee, #15 green area, and the supporting cart paths. We anticipate this will take no longer than a couple weeks, weather dependent. There may be minimal inconveniences to member play, and our professional golf staff will alert you in advance. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we work to improve our course!
Our golf course restoration project is one of the many ways your capital contributions enhance member value!

| INTRODUCING FORETEES | We are excited to launch our new Tennis and Pickleball sections in our software system -ForeTees. This software system will enable members, spouses, and qualified dependents to reserve a court, jump into a Drop-In play time or Drill session. Courts can be reserved up to a week in advance and for a time between 30 and 120 minutes. We encourage everyone to use this new way to reserve your court (Indoor and Outdoor) here at Belmont.
