CLUB NEWS

Dear Belmont Country Club Members,

Thank you to all who attended our 2025 Annual Member Meeting on June 22nd. With over 70 members in attendance, it was one of the largest meetings we've had in recent years—and a great reflection of the passion and commitment within our membership.

As I shared during the meeting, Belmont is well positioned for continued growth and improvement, both on the golf course and throughout the Club. The Board continues to work closely with golf course architect Brian Huntley to finalize design updates and refine construction estimates. As echoed in our last two member surveys, addressing drainage and bunker improvements remains a top priority—made even more evident by the conditions we experienced this past spring.

We ended our most recent fiscal year with over 500 total members and achieved a 14% increase in revenue compared to the previous year. Belmont continues to be highly competitive with other clubs in the area, and we’ve made a concerted effort to enhance the member experience. Events like the Master’s Dinner, Kentucky Derby, and our third annual Men’s Invitational, which filled up in just a few hours—are just a few examples of this growing momentum. The financial summary was as follows:

· Growth was Positive

· Modest rate Increase

· Invested in People

· Equipment and Facilities repairs were significant

I also encourage any members that would like to get involved, to please reach out to Roger Parker. We have different committees that would love to have more support. Here are those committees:

· Golf and Grounds

· Social

· Finance

· Activity Center

· House

· Pool Legacy

· Membership

· Facilities and Capital Expense

Special recognition goes out to all of the Members that put their name forward as a candidate for the Board of Directors. Your dedication and willingness to serve is a great asset to Belmont. As a result of this year's election, the following individuals will serve on the Board for three-year terms beginning July 1, 2025;
